DELIVERY & RETURNS
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All shipping charges are included at checkout. All shipping costs will be charged to the customer. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Opulence Luxury & Vintage is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (duties, taxes, etc.).
- Orders outside the European Union: All orders through our website outside the European Union are FINAL and we do not accept returns. According to the French law regarding second hand items, all the sales in the shops are FINAL
- Orders within the European Union: After receiving the Product the Customer has 14 days to return it. If, for some reason the Customer is not satisfied with the purchased Product, he/she has the right to return it in 14 days by initially sending an email to us.
The postmark or the proof of sending through a carrier will attest to the date and shall be provided by the Customer.
In this case, the Customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and the value of the returned items. The items must be returned in their original condition. Otherwise, the Customer will have to pay the damage to the Seller. The amount of this compensation and the payment procedure are determined by the Seller and his experts on a case-by-case basis. If the returned item is considered as in its original condition by the Seller, the refund will be made within 30 days to the original source of payment. Due to new Stripe Policies all credit card transaction fess (3%) will no longer be reimburses for all return orders
